Sir John Sulston discusses his work on genetics
Sulston is former Director of the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute
Sulston led the UK's contribution to the Human Genome Project,
and here relates some of the beauty of genetic sequence, his vision
of the future of genetic modification and why he devoted so much of
his life to keeping genetic sequence in the public domain. In 2002,
Sulston was awarded the Nobel Prize for Physiology or Medicine.
