Earvin 'Magic' Johnson is a former professional basketball player who, at the height of his career in 1991 revealed to the public that he was HIV-positive. He continued to play basketball after his revelation, but also became a campaigner for AIDS awareness and against discrimination. This poster is an advertisement by a French publisher for a translation of Johnson's 1996 book, 'What You Can Do to Avoid AIDS'.
