The Club provides a unique and intimate environment for scientists, artists, historians, researchers, students and anyone with a keen interest in medicine, life and art to meet and exchange ideas.

Club Room
The Club Room, at the heart of Wellcome Collection, offers complimentary WiFi and refreshments. Designed by renowned interior designers Studioilse, this is a stylish and innovative place where art meets science, and where you can read, work, bring guests or simply relax. View the Club Room.

Discounts
Members are entitled to a 10% discount on packaged takeaway from the café and a 10%discount in the bookshop.

Concessions
As a member, you will be eligible to attend paid events and symposia at the published concessionary rates. You will also be eligible for special discounts from time to time, on items such as themed book titles published alongside major exhibitions.

Private-view invitations
Our ground-floor gallery hosts a programme of temporary shows, weaving together the perspectives of those working in the arts, sciences and humanities. Membership entitles you to attend two private views per year with a guest.

Networking events
We hold a monthly Club Night so members can mingle with one another and share ideas. Refreshments are available from our subsidised bar.

Special visits
To offer something special to Club members, we have arranged opportunities for you to visit places rarely accessible to the general public, such as the Wellcome Trust Genome Campus at Hinxton, near Cambridge.

Quiet zones
We encourage hubbub in the Club Room, and there may be times when you need a quiet work environment. For this we suggest the free-to-join Wellcome Library, moments away from the Club Room, which also offers free WiFi (plus WCs). The Library is an excellent resource for those keen to learn more about medicine and its history from multiple perspectives.

Guest passes
On joining, you will be given ten guest passes for the year to use at your discretion. Guests will need to be signed in at the Information Point on the ground floor and must be over 18.

Keeping in touch
As a member, you will receive monthly email bulletins about upcoming events and offers, and a copy of our ‘What’s On’ guide is sent to you five times a year.
