Please complete this form to request private guided tours and self-guided visits of our galleries for groups of 8 or more (including school groups).  All group visits are offered subject to the availability of exhibitions and/or guides and are not confirmed until you have received a group booking confirmation form and reference number.

Please note we require at least three weeks’ notice to arrange a guided tour, though we will try to accommodate an earlier visit if possible.  We aim to personally respond to all enquiries as soon as possible, but due to the large numbers of requests we receive there may be a delay in getting back to you.
