Wellcome Now galleries - doll heads and brains

Wellcome Collection is wheelchair-accessible and offers a range of services for users with disabilities:

• Step-free access to all floors of the building (via platform and passenger lifts)

• Assistance animals are welcome

• Wheelchairs available to borrow during your visit. Please ask at the ground floor Information Point or reserve by calling 020 7611 2222.

• Blue-Badge parking - we have a limited number of parking bays available to book for visitors who are Blue Badge holders. Please call 020 7611 2222 in advance of your visit to book a space. The car park is a basement car park, reached using our car lift. The car park is accessed from Gower Place - the silver lift doors are situated halfway along Gower Place on the right-hand side. The right-hand lift is used to enter the car park. At this point you can either call 020 7611 2222 or press the button marked '215' and speak into the intercom. A member of staff will then meet you in the underground car park and escort you into the venue.

• Accessible toilets, located on lower ground 2, lower ground 1, ground, first floor and second floor.

• Induction loops - these are located at the ground floor Information Point and the Library Information Desk, and in the Conference Centre meeting rooms and the Forum events space.
