Ageing Matters
11 February 2010, 19.00 - 20.30

What would have seemed very old 100 years ago is clearly not
regarded the same way today. How have our perceptions of older
people changed and how do we compare with other cultures and
societies? We will look at visual representations of older people
in the arts and media and also discuss whether our perceptions of
older men and women vary.
