Visualising the AIDS crisis
Thursday 21 June 2012, 15.00-16.00

It is 30 years since the Terence Higgins Trust was founded. This
talk highlights the changing approaches to AIDS in that time, as
revealed through the Wellcome Library’s global poster collection
(which includes one of the world’s largest collections of AIDS
posters).
Explore changing attitudes to the disease and the
dramatically contrasting cultural attitudes to sex from across the
globe.
