Helen Wallace is Director of GeneWatch UK, where she has worked on issues relating to the science, policy and ethics of genetic testing and biobanks since 2001. She has published numerous reports, book chapters and articles in science and social science journals. She is quoted extensively in the press and parliament. Her PhD is in applied mathematics and her research background is in the modelling of complex environmental systems.
