Charmed life in contemporary London
Are amulets, objects invested with almost magical powers,
confined to a more superstitious past? Or do modern Londoners still
carry on this ancient tradition, perhaps even without realising it.
Nathalia Brichet took to the streets of London with her camera to
find out. As she discovered, though we may not always call them
amulets, they still play a part in our lives.
